Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 7 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Due to high order volume and the care that goes into each handmade item, delivery can take 3 to 30 business days, although most orders arrive much sooner.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping update by email.

Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to holidays, carrier delays, or higher-than-normal demand.

Product & Material Notice

Due to temporary material shortages, we may require support from other suppliers to help complete and fulfill orders on time.

Returns & Refunds

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded while in transit. If you would still like to return your item, please contact us after delivery to begin the return process.

Returns will not be accepted after May 25th
