Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Please note: We do not accept returns or refund requests after May 25th


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.


To start a return, please contact us at support@caldrivo.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.


Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

• Gift cards

• Final sale items

• Used items

• Items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling

• Orders after May 25th


Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to request a return for the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
